This book will explain SQL statements in detail in layman terms and will help beginners start writing statements that are related to SQL in much less time.
SQL is one of the most famous database query languages and can easily make things work in the database applications. We will start with a thorough explanation of the relational databases and the relationships that are present.
It is obvious to introduce the basic history of SQL and this book does the same. We will then start discussing the special characteristics of the SQL language.
In the next chapter, we will discuss in detail all the data types that are present. Data types are used to hold the information that we are giving to the system.
In the next chapter we will start discussing about a lot of basic commands like "create," "drop," and "alter". And the next chapter will deal with more advanced commands with a lot of examples. At the end we will even discuss some of the tools that SQL can possess.
All the concepts in the book are explained in an easy-to-understand way. All these can be understood using the varied conditions and the examples. Below, in detail, we will explain the most important topics that this book deals with.
