Acerca de esta escucha

Our jobs go to China. Foreign aid goes to our enemies. Pakistan uses our money to fund terrorists who attack us. Saudi Arabia, which our soldiers have defended with their lives, funds 90 percent of the world's Islamic fundamentalism. The UN is awash in corruption; its bureaucrats steal the money we give it with total impunity. Fifteen hundred brave American soldiers have died defending the regime in Afghanistan - rated the second-most corrupt in the world! Meanwhile, European bankers and bureaucrats are taking over our economy and preempting our sovereignty.

How do they get away with it? By hiring our own political leaders, as soon as they leave office, to lobby for them to rip us off. And we have a president who willingly obliges countries that poach on our sovereignty, refusing to stand up for our interests and our jobs.

In Screwed!, best-selling authors Dick Morris and Eileen McGann lay bare the unvarnished facts as never before and suggest real, immediate, and specific steps to stop those who undermine our interests and take away our jobs. Morris and McGann have documented exactly how the United States is getting screwed, and how to stop it. They dig up the facts, name names, point fingers, and suggest concrete solutions - independent of partisan politics.

Lost of Information, great to know.

This book has so much valuable information, however, I found myself wishing I had the book to reference it afterwards. Dick Morris seems like he knows his stuff. This book has so much info about all the different countries out there. I love how when he tells us how we are being Screwed he then gives us a way out. I always remember being told, if you don't have a solution to a problem don't complain about it. The narrator was good but not great.

Frustration

I write this even though I am still listening to it. The author does go into quite the detail on each subject - enough that I have skipped ahead and don't feel that I have missed anything. What I get from this book that our belief in being politically correct has done more to hurt our country than help it - our elected officials are more apt to do whatever the polls tell them to do - rather than defend those who elect them. I do believe that we will be our own worst enemy and why we will fail as a country if nothing changes. Ooops! Can I say that without making anyone mad? Get my point?

And without dinner or a kiss...

Dick Morris and Eileen McGann make powerful arguments for exactly how America is moving into a one world order; and precisely who is selling all of America’s sovereignty. One warning, once you get into this book (listening) you won’t be able to turn it off. The book names, names and details everything, no speculation here at all. Politicians we respected (eg Dick Gephardt) are selling out our children and grandchildren. The Chinese don’t have to steal our technology; we are giving and selling it to them. We are actually directly funding the Taliban, and we must stop it now. Our problem will be in the lame duck session, but there are steps we can take now to stop it.
I own this and three other Morris books. This is by far his most powerful and frightening.

Any additional comments?

The liberals are destroying America and if Obama is reelected immorality will be the norm. Just as Europe is rotting inside and worse than WWI and WWll combined the damage being done by liberals. The path of least resistance will overtake this nation and wear down America's defenders of patriotism, family values, and will be interpreted as hatred, bigotry, racism, un-American, homophobism, if not already. It'll get to the point to being a criminal offense i.e. fines, confiscationeven jail. Even those in the atheist community has actually mouth-off that teaching Creation as opposed to evolution is child abuse. It is past the infancy stage and to a large degree threatning to become law. Even while the crazed maniacal terrorists are becoming more bold, ruthless and diabolical. "Screwed" define the heart and pulse of America.
