Acerca de esta escucha
The most exciting installment to the Edgar Award winning Samurai Mystery series. When a man with a tattoo covering his back is found floating in the water at a rice ceremony, Seikei and Judge Ooka know it's a bad omen. Soon there are seven of these men with partial tattoos on their backs. All different, all dead, all seemingly unrelated - except for the tattoos. It becomes apparent these men are not just carrying body art, but a treasure map…to what? And why is carrying this map so mortally dangerous? Seikei must find and assemble all seven tattoos to find the answer. And the path to a most terrifying destination.

When seven men turn up dead with partial tattoos on their backs, Judge Ooka and Seiki are on the case. Seiki realizes that the tattoos have similar-looking patterns for a reason: Together, all seven tattoos form a treasure map! But what is the treasure? And who is trying to keep the map from being pieced together? Narrator Hayden Lee finds the rhythms of this murder mystery set in 18th-century Japan, keeping a brisk pace as Seiki and Judge Ooka uncover the clues to the map's terrifying and dangerous destination.

I love this series!
Hooblers have done it again!
Hayden Lee is the PERFECT Narrator, clear, and using the accurate tones for characters, yet I can easily tell them all apart. Thank You so much Hooblers & Lee!
