Nothing is what it seems....
Basra is the eternal city - a paradise filled with relics of the old world. As an ambassador for Tartarus, it's my duty to bridge the gap between us and the other cities. But even more, as part of this team, it's my right to know the truth. It just gets better!
This one was even better than the first! The world-building is just incredible and I love all these characters so much. The slow-burn would usually kill me, but Lucy writes it with so much escalating tension that when a steamy scene comes along - it's simply electric! I am loving every second of this story.
