I spend quite a bit of time on the road so the audio version makes it easy to hear the message!

An amazing book that was not only super informative and full of helpful information about all the different facets of the beauty industry, it also serves as mirror. SELF reflection is really important and I felt as if "Shear Destiny" really helped me in being honest with myself about my own practices behind the chair (19 years!) as well as my personal life. "Developing your Personal Brand" was probably my favorite chapter. Highly recommend this book.
