Very helpful
I’ve always thought I was intuitive and could read people. I think that I’ve been accidentally successful. I learned so much from this book. With practice I think I can do it on purpose! Great read!!

A reread, that's for sure.
I have many audible books, and this is the first book I've finished in a very long time, without interruption. i enjoyed learning but will have to listen again and again because it's that good. Thank you, Chase.

A Human Behavior MUST READ!
I am a longtime fan of Chase Hughes & the entire Behavior Panel, and in 6 Minute X-RAY, Chase clearly and concisely walks the listener ( or reader) through the bullet points of identifying and translating from head to toe the often imperceptible "tells" that the person we are communicating with is often unaware of, yet telegraphing to us.
Blink rate, breathing location ( chest? diaphragm?) eye flashes and hand, leg and foot positioning of the subject all combine to give clues and answers to what they are REALLY saying, or hiding.
The addition of mini- quizzes to practice at the end of chapters will help you hone your skills.
The book is narrated by a British speaker, and his tone is clear, pleasant, and engaging...even though I don't think it's his behavior panel cohort, Mark!
This is absolutely a must have for anyone interested in the whys and hows of how we, as a species, elicit tons of information without speaking to the people we communicate with.
The book is an invaluable tool to use in both personal and professional settings. It's like learning a new language, the art of body language!
On a scale of 1-10, it's an 11.

Interesting & packed with knowledge
It was a very pleasant listen that had a lot of very useful information. I've read several books on body language, but this one had one of the more "precise" systems that covers more than others.
I've seen Chase Hughes on Podcasts & he is the real deal imo.

Powerful
I purchased this audio due to a desire to better read and understand people. I have listened to it in my vehicle while running errands and will admit that I was impressed at the simplistic explanations to such complex ideologies. I now plan on listening to it again at home where I can take notes and actually preform the exercises properly. This is the beginning of my months long learning/training to achieve my original goal and I would lay money that the results will be better than I imagined when I made my purchase.

Fantastic
Big fan of chase Hughes work already but this is a perfect bite sized breakdown of many of the strategies, techniques, and approaches taught by Mr. Hughes and presents it in a digestable length with the actionable techniques laid out for both the beginner to the grisled veteran in this subject matter. There is really so much to these things Chase Hughes teaches. His work and all of it I've come across has delivered me ROI 100 times the energy I put into reading and practicing his teachings. I wish I could learn directly from one of his classes or seminars etc...
