The book covers the different phases of the project, from planning to execution, and the challenges and solutions that the team encounters along the way. The book also introduces the concept of a hybrid development methodology, which combines the strengths of Agile and Waterfall frameworks to achieve greater agility and predictability. The book aims to be transformative, offering insights and strategies that can help anyone run and execute a perfect program.
The authors and contributors are George Meier, Wes Hammes, Mike Robb, and Eric Blevins. The story and book were developed by this group reflecting on observed best-practices over the course of their respective careers.
