Definitely not a happy ending
This book was deep with intriguing plot twists and horrors. I feel for Nick and I definitely understood why he went Darth Vader on the Constantine family. He thought he lost the love of his life and only saw her bloody body.

One of my favorites by Melanie Cellier!!
This book was soooo good I highly recommend. It was a great story, the ending is slightly confusing if you don’t read the chapter from nicks perspective (it can be found on the authors site) along with her other great series!

Growth and upheavel
A middle book of great growth and upheaval, to bridge us between the superb first volume and the third and final one. Well-written, excellent use of the world and its magic system. More unlikeable characters than in the first book. Quite a plot twist, too. Superb narration by Kira Fixx.
