This is a must listen for those looking to improve their negotiation and influence skills. Whether it be for personal relationships, professional interactions or general communications, this audiobook will provide you with concrete proven techniques to become a more effective negotiator. I have already begun to implement these teachings in my day to day interactions and can see a noticeable difference. 10 out of 10 would recommend this audiobook.

Great life lessons
We all negotiate throughout the day - even though we may not realize it. From negotiating with a child about bed time to purchasing a car to high stakes business deals, each of us negotiates in some form every day. Learning the skills in this to do it more effectively has proven an invaluable asset in my personal and professional life. I seem to find an opportunity to use the techniques the author has defined in every situation no matter how large or complicated. I give Chris Voss a huge thumbs up for revealing these secrets and will pass along what I believe to be "great life lessons" to my children to benefit them as they begin their journeys. In fact, their new knowledge of "persuasion" has even worked on me.
I highly recommend this book to everyone who wants to improve their negotiating skills to help them get ahead in anything they do in life.
