I give this book five stars because it sparked my interest in physics and was a fun read. He discusses all things impossible, including time travel which I enjoyed reading about. I would definitely recommend this book!

Remarkable

Remarkably, this book avoids obscure theoretical demonstrations, and is, indeed, readable by the average technically inclined reader without using obscure or hard to understand mathematics. The examples presented are straightforward and easy to grasp by readers with little more than High School education.

Good Explanation

This book is great. A very good explanation of entanglement presented by the author. It is a complicated subject but the author has made it easy to understand.

Very True

The occasional appearance of the professor to make connections between the experiments, information and reality are very insightful. It is fascinating the idea that what you or I consider to be a reality as an independent observer may not be so independent. Entanglement is indeed rather `spooky', and perhaps a source of new insight into how we interact with the world around us.

Very Informative

Excellent Book for the armchair Quantum Physicist, no math at all, everything is very clearly described by Martin. I'd recommend the book to everybody who reads English and likes physics and Nature.

Easy To Follow

This is a good book combines Tesla Theories with Einstein's approach and simplifies the Math, so it is easy to follow.

Something Very Interesting

Perfect for the future scientist -- in this case my son who is a junior Physics major. He said he had almost ordered the book for himself. Coming from him, that is QUITE the compliment. I understand little about the content, but he was immediately commenting on the topics.

Here's my review of this book, it's great. Now I would like to say that what is written in this book is quite possible and has been observed and experienced by people, namely myself.

Awesome

Martin considers several science fiction technologies and how those technologies might be brought to reality based on scientific principles that we know or are being researched. He classifies each technology into three classes based on how easily it can be reached from our current understanding.

Well Done Martin

I never liked science in school but this book was a fun read. Some of the concepts are dense and there is a lot of history but the author has a talent for breaking it down so it's easy to understand. He drew on contemporary and easy to fathom examples that helped with this too. His classification of the technologies into three categories was also very interesting and helped to distinguish what was really within grasp.
