6 and 8 year old boy's love it!
What did you love best about The Adventures of Paddy the Beaver?
The story is engaging and educational. It is an accurate representation of a beavers behavior and characteristics in the wild, and that of many of his common natural companions. "Paddy" shares these facts in a form that captures the imaginations of my children. The dramatic style of the narrator is not my favorite as an adult. But my boy's love it, especially my 6 year old. They listen to this audio book over and over and are eagerly looking forward to the promised next book mentioned at the end of this story. We are much disappointed to find that it is not available on audible yet. Please, please include it in the library.
What did you like best about this story?
As a homeschooling mom, I love the educational aspect. However, I also love the fact that my kids love listening to this narrator unfold this story. Quality, classic educational stories that kids love are priceless.

My boys enjoy the point of the story when sammy Jay foils the plans of old mister coyote
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, the boy's wanted to, and sometimes they have come close to doing so on long trips. However, our favorite time to listen to it is at night, after lights out as an extra bedtime story while falling asleep. In this way it takes a number of evenings to complete. We have a nightly "date" with audible, as listening to an audio story as become part of our bedtime ritual. We love it.
