This is such a good read

I am not a women but I am over forty and I completely understand the need to live a healthy clean life. This book is a very well organized and well written practical guide for women who may suffer from any aliment that comes along with living. I think for any women looking for a way of improving their health this book can be a very good tool in that regard. The narration was very well executed and I would recommend it.

Great for Women Over 40!

As a woman over 40, I found the information very important and informational. It gave me a better understanding of various functions and process within the body as well as the effects of inflammation and what I can do to reduce or eliminate it.
