Great Book

I just got done listening to this audiobook. I had read this book before and was excited to find out that there is an audiobook out. Art S. Lieberman did an awesome in providing 10 common scene principles that will help to clear your mind and have a better focus. Lynde Houck did an excellent job in expressing the ideas from the book.

Whether or not you have read his book, I encourage you to listen to this book several times to get the most out of it. Each time I read or listen to this book, I found myself learning something new that I didn't picked up on before.

Focusing on what's important...

I really enjoyed this audio book.

There really is an art to focusing on what's important, and changing your perspective.. Focus will help you in your career, help you get rid of stress by exercising, help you in raising your kids or boost your confidence in order to get that second date. You name it! Sometimes, like the author says, it's about changing to a more nutritious diet of fruit and veggies. Little changes for the better that makes perfect sense once you hear them spelled out like in this book.

I had an easy time focusing while listening to the soothing yet enthusiastic voice of Lynde Houck, a perfect narrative in presenting the views of the author.

Over all, well worth it. Taka a listen!

Awful

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

I looked at the reviews and I am puzzled at the positive reviews because this audible is awful. It would be helpful for someone whose has no experience with self improvement. It is very simplistic. You can find better material on the internet for free. I wish that I could return it.

mashup of other books on this topic

Didn't like it. Book stated hundreds of times references of being a man, but woman's voice narrating. Time management, motivation, and diet concepts mashed all together poorly and without a clear path. Just a bunch of good ideas and no plan. Shouldn't be a "how to" book.
