Sweet Accidental Love

Vivi Holt is one of my favorite feel good authors. She doesn't disappoint. This book is a sweet mistake story.
Chris, a widower, mistakes a singing telegram girl, Kate, as his email date. She goes along because she needs the money. Meeting family and spending time together makes them believe they might be more.

Great story.

Great story and narration. Enjoyed it thorougly. A must for romantics and book lovers alike.

Tis the season

Tis the most magical time of the year. Christmas is my favourite holiday and I could not wait to dive in to this story. Both the author Vivi Holt and the narrator Amanda Stribling are new to me.

I found the story to be delightful and heart warming and the narrator did a great job bringing the story to life.

Chris Everett is still reeling from his wife's death three years ago. Having shut himself off from life he has no intention of committing or falling in love.

Thanks to a case of mistaken identity
Kate Grant is offered a chance to make a great deal of money. All she has to do is accompany Chris as his date home to Montana for Christmas.

What will happen when the mistletoe weaves it’s spell? Can two lonely people come together and find happiness or will the secrets that Kate has destroy their chance?

This was a sweet and romantic story of overcoming loss, of coming to terms with grief and taking a chance on love and happiness.

A memorable holiday

This was a great story. I really enjoyed the mistaken identity theme that made this story so much more enjoyable. I enjoyed Kate's lively spirit as she throws herself into a role that she was not prepared for. Chris just wants to please his mom. I loved how this romance played out. The narrator did a great job of making this story come to life.

Sweet HEA for any time of year

Even though this book is primarily set over Christmas, it's a light heart-warming read for any time of the year. I thought the narrator did a good job bringing the story to life. I would like to give it 4.5 stars. I would recommend this audiobook to listeners who like sweet romances.

Chris is a billionaire business man and he is having lunch with his friend and he sees that Chris is thinking about his deceased wife and with the holidays it makes it even harder , His mother calls and says , she would like him to extend his visit in Montana so she can introduce him to some single ladies . Chris tells his mom that he has met someone and they are in love and he will bring her home for the holidays . His friend talks him into hiring a fake girlfriend from an agency .
Chris waiting for the lady to pretend to be his girlfriend and when he opens the door he sees a beautiful women and she is wearing an elf costume and he says , she will do .
Do you want the first 5,000 deposited to your bank account and I will pay you the other 5,000 if you can pull this acting job off Chris tells her .
Kate says, cash . Her financial worries are taken care of .
Fix her car and get some art supplies .
Off to Montana to help Chris with his plan .
Kate hears from her biological mother and learn she is from Montana and she wants to see Kate . Will this help Kate with knowing why she gave her away . Another reason to go to Montana . Do not want to give the sweet romance away so I will stop so you can listen to it for yourself .
This a sweet romance , with secrets . and the author handles some sensitive topics with respect .
A great Christmas romance or a audio book treat for a Christmas in July where the listener can go to a winter wonderland . .

Whether you've read this book or not, you'll enjoy

I had read this book before but tried it again as an audible. Same great story but enhanced with audio. Kate really is a struggling artist. Both of her adoptive parents and except for her roommate friend she really is alone in her world. Her adoption was closed and she'd never heard from her birth mother until today a few days before Christmas. She's delivering a singing Christmas greeting when she is mistaken for his email date to take home to Billings, Montana which just happens to be where her birth mother lives. it must be fate so she accepts and heads out on his private jet. She's to pretend to be his fake girlfriend for his family. This should be easy. Then maybe not because he is a snarling millionaire but she needs the money sonwhats a girl to do? I loved the book and enjoyed Amanda's narration.
