Great start to a series of books

Liked that there were three narrators! kept it interesting to listen to and kept the storyline moving

Very Charming!

The Book Charmer is a delightful book about the warmth of a small town, it’s interesting citizens and the Dove family who are magical. The book loosely reminds me of the TV series The Good Witch but with more charm. It brighten my spirits and left a warm smile on my face. A true winner. I look forward to the next book in the series out July 2021.

Simply Magical

Magical realism is my favorite genre, and Karen Hawkins hit this story out of the park. Endearing characters and a small town that invites you to move in and stay... Like me, you won't want to leave.

Kept my attention. I laughed a lot. I cried a little. Awesome idea to group these narrators together.

Good story, great characters

This was a great book from start to finish. Loved Amanda Ronconi as always. She makes the characters come to life.

Cute, easy read

This is cute, an easy read. It's somewhat predictable, but no more so than most stories in this genre. I own a small town business, and much of the what happened with the festival committee was spot-on hilarious.

loving and charming

loved all the characters and it's not at all what you think it's about from the outside it has different chapter read by different people so you get a good understanding of who is who

A relievingly sweet story with a bit of romance but not about the romance.

This book whiled away some otherwise dull, chore-heavy hours for me. The author’s prior books seem to have relied on “steamy” elements as sell points, so I was relieved to find a clean, engaging story with just enough magic to add a touch of whimsy. I have read enough phenomenal books to be unable to call it that, but it was very enjoyable, and I hope the author keeps to the same vein with the rest of the Dove Pond series.

Charming Book

I loved this story. It really is a wonderful feel good book with magical realism. I love the characters and the setting. I cannot wait for future books. I really enjoyed the narrator as well.
