Evocative and beautifully crafted

The scenery, customs, history, culture, colors, snd scents are quite uniquely painted by the artistic hand of this writer. The books are so beautifully crafted that they take the reader into the story like an insider revisiting home after many years away. Loved each book and cannot wait to visit India.

Trip to India

Loved the whole thing, the story was so interesting, I learned a lot and the characters became like friends.

Traditions

Delightful trilogy about traditions and expectations. I really enjoyed the Henna Artist and the Perfumist; the Secret if Jaipur, fell flat. Gigi was in everything and doing everything; overbearing. The Perfumist ended the trilogy and brought the stories full circle.

Interesting story well read

Excellent narration with good story line following a families rise from poverty to a successful life.

Thoroughly enjoyed the entire series. It was well written and recorded. I loved learning about India & Paris! Great characters and development of each of them. And thank you for bundling it all together for one credit! Brilliant… more of these please!

Jaipur Trilogy

Brilliantly atmospheric. I felt I was back in Jaipur and Simla. I would highly recommend.

An immersive journey

Loved this trilogy, I felt immersed in their lives and culture while listening. and by the end of the series I didn't want to leave their lives behind.

These books made me want to travel to India. The colors and fragrances must be magnificent.

I fell in love with the characters in these books! Even those that were not so likeable earlier in the stories.

The narrators were excellent

I could relate to the characters and their private thoughts. The stories were dynamic and interesting. I’ve never been to India, but I felt it was wonderfully described. I didn’t want the books to end. Well done.
