Extensive discussion of property as a moral office of responsibility to advance the general welfare by offering employment. Too Many Holes in Constitution
There were just too many holes in the constitution for me. Just paying for the proposals was left out. To have real proposal you need not only the ideas but also the appropriations.

Worst book on Audible
The author aspires to greatness and clarity and fails at both. He offers no unifying theory other than what he borrows and misinterprets from others. The writing is tedious, self-centered, and annoying. I'm trying to exchange it but the transaction won't complete, which adds to my frustration with this garbage.
