Great book

This was a very great follow up book from Extreme Ownership. I think if you’ve read Extreme Ownership, you need to read this one too.

Respect

I really liked how this book simplifies the ideas of leadership and puts it into real world examples via military/war. Anyone from a working to a business owner or management/ leader should take the time and invest in this book and it’s concepts.

I love it, it is something everybody of all ages should read. It can change your life in all ways

I can relate

With a military and law enforcement background I was able to relate to these story’s. Moving to the corporate world I see how these principals can be used in other careers . No matter how well one can lead there will always be some who will not want to follow or give as much as others. This was one of the few books I did not lose focus on part way through. Thanks for sharing.

These books have been so amazing and everyone should listen/read these for every part of life!

Leadership

This was a great read however it felt like a lot of the material and concepts are just a repeat of extreme ownership. I’m going to reread it just to make sure I can’t think of any new principles that came out that were already previously identified. I would still highly recommend it to anybodyI know.
