Just What I Needed
I had a deal for my small business fall apart. This book is spot on and would have saved me a lot of heart ache if I had read before hand. If you are considering selling a business, do yourself a huge favor and read this book!

An amazing read. A must read if you ever want to sell!
So much to learn and this book opens up a world that you need to know as an entrepreneur or a business owner. You worked along time to get what you have, and make it worth it when you sell.

Great book!
