Master story teller

It was a great book. Oh my God it kept you on the edge of your seat. I read it in two sittings and that’s only because I had to work. Thank you Mr. Mars can’t wait until I believe it’s January 2025.

And this book was not an exception. Wonderful, creative plot twists from beginning to end. Loved it!

Captivated me from the start!

John Marrs writing style is typically a slow burn, but I feel his speculative thrillers are quite the opposite. The realism is downright creepy. Makes me want to get rid of all of my digital devices! I think this one is my favorite so far!! Great performances as well. Very well put together production. Worth the credit!

A glimpse into our dystopian future

Read The One, Marriage Act and now Family Experiment- all excellent- a Black Mirror-esque view of our further- a little too believable!

What a wild ride! It has been a long time since I've connected so quickly to characters and have them move me to tears. This book will also have you asking yourself several morality questions. I absolutely was hooked from the beginning and loved every stage.

Loved every second of this book. it's unique story line draws you in, making it hard to stop.

More of this Universe!!!!

I will NEVER get tired of the One universe. You can say what you want about some of the plot points, but John Marrs has an uncanny ability to weave cautionary tales that seem more like true stories, especially with the technology advances we continue to make as a whole. Yes, technology is supposed to make our lives easier, but how far are you willing to go? What are you ready to give up for the sale of comfort and convenience? How far are you willing to let a government agency or ruling body into your home, and sacrifice privacy for the sake of clicks and social media prestige or recognition? These and many more are the questions that Mr. Marrs poses with each book. Make sure you read them all in their chronological order, because some names and events from the same universe will be referenced.

Awesome book!

Another incredible book by John Marrs. Oh how I wish I could be this talented. This book was great. The characters were created wonderfully, they were all complex but felt complete. The plot was outstanding and it all came together perfectly. I loved it.
