An Empath
This is by far the most profound book I have read on Empaths. I’ve known I’m an Empath for many years and this book has just made the why’s, how’s, what’s and coping tools really easy to understand. I highly recommend to those you have just discovered they are an Empath and those who have known they are an Empath for years. Either way you will learn something new as there are so many interesting topics covered in this book.

Amazing
This has been the most amazing book. I have heard about empaths and I’ve been told I am one but I never knew what that meant. This book is 100% me and the information in this book has really made me aware and offered solutions to protect myself. This was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!!
