Better Second Half

The second half was much better than the first. Glad I stuck with it but not sure I’ll be jumping right into another book by this author.

Interesting

Throughout the whole book I was rooting for the lesser of two evils until the very end and then I was not rooting for either. I do feel that it ended appropriately though. Set aside from the “all around” parents backgrounds I felt the pain. I am a mother and if my son were to have gone missing I would have been beside myself.

Repetitive dialog

Good story but it is drawn out way too long with repetitive thoughts and dialog

Good Idea But Execution ......

had problems. It was easy enough to follow, but WAY too long. it could have skipped about ten chapters at the end and the sudden violence was weird. Sorry.

Wow

Wow!!! What a Rollercoaster of a book!! Worth the time. Well written loved Luke's character.
