The hunt is over
I have long enjoyed Elizabeth Cadell's books and am very pleased to find some of the titles I could never track down. While the performance isn't as professional as most audible books, it was still well done and very enjoyable

Kept waiting for something to happen
I expected the story to contain an element of suspense, but found it dull. You may like it if you're only interested in character studies and very sweet almost-romance.

Romance, mystery and comedy - with ghosts!
This is the original, unabridged version of the book by Elizabeth Cadell. It’s a privilege to listen to this Audible version beautifully narrated by her daughter, Janet Cadell Reynolds.
It’s another gem with its portrayal of English village life - with the addition of some fascinating ghosts which add to the comedy.
Romance, comedy and a twist in the end. I highly recommend this author.
