Hump triumphed over the challenges of Bledsbury Dungeon, but it wasn’t without a cost...

All the fun of the first book continues

Great. Even better than the first.

Excellent Series Continues
This series continues to be surprisingly good; one of the best I've read this year. Though a progression fantasy, this book does not feel like a series of roleplaying game sessions (much less a CRPG).
The character building is strong, with changes arising organically from the events of the story. The adventure is well-written. The threats are appropriate to the characters' power, but this does not feel contrived. And the action is immersive.
This book and the series so far are highly recommended.
