Would you try another book from Adam Ford and/or C. Tedder?

The title suggests that the book is intended for new real estate sale people but all the info are obvious things you already know. I feel it was a waist of my money. thank God it was not expensive. maybe will work for people who have no clue of real estate transactions but not for agents or anyone who have an idea about real estate.

What could Adam Ford have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
