Holistic Sleep Aid

This just came along in perfect timing! I've had some sleepless nights lately. I loved so many of the ideas in this book around real strategies to promote sleep and was able to identify what could be keeping me up at night and make some changes. Most of all, I dealt with the psychological stress and finally slept through the night after 3 sleepless nights. I used to struggle with insomnia years ago with shift work, but in the last 5 years sleep has come easily so when it started to be disrupted again, I was concerned. This book helped!

So helpful!!

There lots of great tips in this book that I can't wait to try! I especially can't wait to try the tips on how to fall back asleep once you wake up in the middle of the night. I like that this book touches on your life style because I know that is affecting my sleep. I highly recommend reading this if you have trouble sleeping!
