Wow really interesting
Will listen to again with pen and notebook. Narrator is good and not ridiculous like most books on these subjects. Truly truly enjoyed and will apply practices to daily life.

Abundance of Practical uses
I was looking for something for more of a nature focused solitary practice, since I dislike organized religion. This surpassed my expectations. Spiritual and practical, it will have appeal for a wide variety of practicioners. I've already started to listen again at the beginning.
