Honestly lifechanging!

This is super insightful & helpful!
I have to admit, I was a bit dubious when I purchased this. A two-minute daily ritual to change my life & reach my goals? To transform my mind, my thoughts, my beliefs, AND my habits? It kinda seemed too good to be true, but I thought it was worth a try, especially since there was already a good review.
I am NOT disappointed!!! The author really breaks down step by step how to create a personalized ritual with what she calls "affirmative why questions". She makes it super easy. I've tried it once already and felt super super good afterwards. I genuinely think this will change my life for the better, if I manage to stick to it that is. It's takes me like a minute though, and I chose to do it while brushing my teeth in the morning, so I should be fine :)
