Good beach read

This was not my favorite Mary Kay Andrews book but it was a good book. The producers and editors missed some mistakes around chapter 65 or so. On several occasions they referred to the older matronly character by the name of the young five year old. That was a little distracting. The narrator does a nice job.

I love this book... it was a great, easy read! it was my first book by this author and I will definitely be reading more!

Entertaining!!

I always enjoy Mary Kay Andrews!! She never disappoints!!!! The Newcomer has excitement, love and the great southern backdrop!!

A book you will want to keep listening to

This book is great - minus being slightly predictable. The storyline will keep you interested, and things keep happening up until the end.

The characters become like little family members and if you are like me, you will definitely want to keep listening to find out how it all comes together in the end.

This story is a great beach read with a few extra twists and turns. The reader does an amazing job!

Mary Kay Andrews does not disappoint! The Newcomer is probably top 3 in my favorite books she's written! Thank you for such an awesome read!

storyline kept me interested

didn't feel the story was slow. liked the characters. I admit I did have to check out the spoilers because my anxiety was getting to me. yes over a book. still enjoyed the turns and twists

I really loved the characters. Quirky, fun and interesting.
The performance was well voiced, entertaining and believable.
The storyline was suspenseful and lots of twists and turns. A fun read.

Another fabulous book by Mary Kay Andrew’s! The narrator is wonderful too! It is THE perfect summer read.
