Forgot what book I had chosen?

When I 1st started listening to it it had thrown me off guard. I was thinking why would I get such a depressing book?
It was the narrator who kept me listening!
You must be patient in the beginning!
The ending of the story will surprise you!

Dealing with complaints positively

I needed to hear this book today. It was short but to the point. Lots of details I still need to work through, but the book gave lots of helpful information and advice on implementation.
