quiet ecstasy
I haven't gasped listening to anything the way I gasped throughout Mr. Kleinman's supple and breath-taking reading of Gibran. He reads these time-hallowed tales as the spell they were meant to be heard as. I'm transported in listening, my logic and rationality deeply satisfied, not distanced, by the beat of this literal heart, at its nuanced, silent explosions of story-telling and shedding of light. I'm giving this to people I love to rejoice in. Thank you, Mr. Kleinman!!
