Excellent ending to bad this audio doesn't have a part three that would finish off this trilogy very well😁.....

Words can't express how beautifully written this story is. What to do when trying to save their marriage, while Cris is in love with another man. Their struggles, hopes and dreams fading away. Aidee Jaimes goes into detail all the love, torment, anguish that the characters are going thru. It's an emotional rollercoaster ride. Can Cris and Owen continue as they once were? or does her new found love for Bo take over her life?
Felicia Palmer tells the story with perfection. She gives all the joy, love, anguish and emotions to all the characters.

The infamous red dress. This was a good listen with good narration. I am glad I found this author and narrator

I had all the feels in this book!!

Seriously, I’m not sure who I wanted her to chose Owen or Beau!! I’m still not sure. All I know is I’m obsessed with this author and need to read more of her books. Seriously one of the best book duos I’ve ever listened too!

Perfection

As someone who has lived a version of this story, both the author and narrator perfectly captured the emotions of all of the characters. The narrator had me right back in the middle of this story, feeling right along with the characters.

Excellent book!!!

It took me 3 days to listen to both of the books in this duet.... they were so good that I couldn’t stop listening. Aidee Jaimes certainly knows how to draw you in and make you want to stay put and listen / read until you finish!!

Although the subject matter is not something I usually enjoy, the characters and their lives and situations are so likable and heart wrenching, that you can’t stop. I recommend these books to everyone.

Felicia Palmer.. she’s fantastic! I love her voice and her characters are spot on!!

Hard Choices in Love

I’m just going to get it out of the way first and say I didn’t expect that ending!

If you haven’t listened to book 1, The Ticket, go back now. This is not a standalone and you are definitely going to want to have the complete story! If anyone is actually reading this review, you’re probably wanting to know if it’s worth it to continue this story.

I certainly thought so! I’m usually not too big on angst, but I actually enjoyed the rollercoaster of emotions in this one. Is it possible to love two men at the same time? How can you trust your feelings? Is your happily ever after what you thought it was supposed to be? Great finish to this duet!

A Must Listen!

The Red Dress by Aidèe Jaimes is a contemporary romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Felicia Palmer. This is the second book in The Affair series and wraps up Cris’s story.

All I can say is Wow!!! Aidèe did it again! This story is so emotional and raw that I had tears in my eyes throughout this book. She does an amazing job making you feel all the emotions that Cris, Owen, and Bo are experiencing.

I cannot wait to dive into the next book in the series The Promise to get Jessica and Cole’s story.

Felicia did an amazing job on the narration! She brought the story to life beautifully. I cannot wait to listen to more of her work in the future.

I would highly recommend this book if you love Contemporary Romance, Women’s Fiction, or Romance in general.

I received this audibook free for an honest review. This was a very suspense full story. The author kept you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. What will Chris do? Who will she choose? Throughout the story, it was hard to predict what her decision would be. I would hate to be in her shoes. The author brings you into the story, grabs you and doesn't let go. The narrator did a great job with the characters and their personalities in this story.
