Also, the loopholes that are covered include religious exemptions, ornamental purposes, clinical trials, law language, and much more. I will also be covering some popular folklore that may be tied to psychoactive substances.

Kids today are doing fewer illegal drugs than kids from any time in the recent past, and for a surprising reason.
