Great book full of myths and wonder

This is the kind of creative thinking that is helpful to break with long-held beliefs established on empty facts. The author is credible and delivers well researched data for the reader to make up their own mind. I loved this book and would suggest it to anyone looking to think outside the box.

fun to learn about religion in Ethiopia

Regardless of how you feel about Hancock's views of what the arc is or general theme of the book, learning about the Ethiopian Jews and Christians was super interesting.

The book is awesome, like most of Grahams books. The narrator sounds like an old man reading a bedtime story to his grandkids. Very interesting material and I would still recommend it.

Starting at the beginning

I’ve read almost all of Graham’s books, and this one is definitely a must read for fans of his. He touched on ideas that were later fleshed out in Fingerprints and Magicians, and he goes in depth into some other topics that he brushes over in later books. It’s great to hear his younger self experience some tough lessons and to know how much he will evolve and grow.

Comprehensive

Hancock might be one of the greatest sleuths of our time. As a fan of Old Testament, his research revealing the likely life and travels of the Ark of the Covenant seem highly plausible and definitely logical.

Outstanding mix of fiction & history! Long, but held my attention from beginning to end! Highly recommend! Will probably listen to it again. A lot to take in!
