Moscowitz contends that The Communist Manifesto has become received wisdom in most nations of the world including the United States of America as it provides basic assumptions of vast numbers of people including many conservatives. Marx influence has become so ingrained within the milieu of society that Marx has proven, in a perverse way, his assertion that there is such a thing as false consciousness.
A study of The Communist Manifesto reveals the course of our current politics and society. Moscowitz hopes that The Socialist Bible will cause Americans to read The Communist Manifesto and to form their own opinions regarding the meaning and significance of the philosophy that it imparts.
