Good overview and intro to Deepak

If you could sum up The Ultimate Deepak Chopra Collection in three words, what would they be?

The concepts are solid and pure, well conveyed and helpful. A great sample of many of the areas of expertise Deepak has to offer. But not "all" he has to offer. Only disappointment in this book are the overlaps and duplicate offerings of concepts and information. Think the editors got lost in the volumes of content and didn't realize there were as many repeats mid-to-late in the book. Otherwise, would be 5 stars all the way!

An amazing journey into oneself

I like that The book has a mix of stories, meditations, researches. It has many introductions and explanations of life concepts that helps to understand the meaning of life, the universe, to discover why one is here.
I recommend this book to those who have awaken in their spiritual journey and are looking for guidance of how to access more knowledge to get to know yourself better and understand f your roles in the universe.

This entire book is memorable. I listened to this in audio twice. I know I will listen again. His meditations are beautiful. This man is a true teacher.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

Meditation of course. If you always think you are doing it wrong you will find out you are not. You will find out why you are doing it right. Deepak Chopra explains everything so well that each chapter is an Ah Ha moment.

Hard to find a better deal if you like deepak

The only issue with this audiobook is that I would love to find where certain chapters are taken from originally so I could go and get those complete books. Hard to believe how must material you get for just one credit plus whoever chose the excerpts did an excellent job as I read a lot of his work and this is an excellent sample.

Knowledge is power

There is more information and knowledge in this 20 hour book that will help you live a more healthful lifestyle and age, more gracefully than anything taught in American schools. A treasure trove of great advice.
