Give your body what it needs

Dietary supplements come in a variety of forms including traditional tablets, capsules, and powders, as well as drinks and energy bars. That means that there are tons of them to choose from, and numerous ones that are junk hidden among the gems. Clinger does double duty, writing and narrating this book, and gives you the lowdown via his years of experience using these supplements. He seems (I'm no expert) to know what the heck he is talking about and provides some solid bases for his reasoning. Give him a listen, he makes a lot of sense. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like Me will decide based on my review.
