The Untold Story of Sita replaces the traditional narrative of Sita's life as told in the Ramayana with Sita as she truly is—an incarnation of the great Devi Narayani. Sita comes to Earth to join Sri Ram in setting the foundation for a new civilization at a time when humans are becoming separate from the natural world. She seeks to embed a great love for the forests, rivers, plants, and animals in the hearts and minds of the people, and to share the high spiritual accomplishments of the great women rishis and sages, many of whom you meet along Sita's journey.
This is a story of a woman's wisdom, courage, and strength, her love for the manifest and unmanifest worlds, and her selfless sacrifices for the welfare of all. So step into Sita's time and see what life was like during a more spiritually more advanced age when Dharma was not just a duty, but an alignment with the higher forces of love that make possible the preservation of our world.

A much needed revisioniat tale
It's very refreshing to hear the stories and mythologies of human history told through the lense of women. This story of Sita is a refreshing version of the story of Sita & Ram.
The book is also read by the author and could have been much improved if performed and edited by a professional narrator.

Beautiful. I was deeply moved and incredibly inspired. The book touches on important modern day topics. breaking what seems overwhelming down to simple truth. I hope many will read and be inspired to respond to life with love.

Riveting and informative.
A captivating telling of layered stories of evolution. I was glad to have the book for reference as I listened so that I could better understand the characters and their relationships. I experienced resonance and expansion while listening.
The author sounds like she is losing her voice throughout the reading which is a little distracting. But the story kept me coming back.
