Chapter 2 alone is worth 10 times the book price!

After changing my diet 5 years ago, I've been actively reading up on nutrition. This book is the most concise, well-written, easy to understand book I've ever encountered. It has the most credible recommendations to eat for health and long life. The doctors referenced have done the research themselves and have their own websites and scientific journal articles giving them outstanding credibility. Dr. Ornish did such groundbreaking work he published in the top medical journal Lancet!

Chapter 2 alone is worth over 10 times the cost of this book. I really cannot imagine anyone that would not make diet changes based on Chapters 4-5. I hope this plant based lifestyle information becomes common knowledge. I have way more energy plant based than I ever did before. It's also exceptionally narrated! Super excited to get Book 2 in the series!
