Tranquility for the Busy Mind

I’ve tried to make time for self-care before, but my schedule is always so insane, it's been difficult to build a habit of it. This book, though, has actually made mindfulness meditation feel kind of attainable. The practices are simple and easy to weave into a busy day. I was super appreciative that I could have the book right on my phone and sneak in some mindful minutes in the midst of a particularly stressful or crazy workday. Already, I’m noticing big improvements in my mental health and stress levels. I really liked it as a tool for finding a stronger work-life balance, too. If you’re struggling with that juggling act and in search of a practical way to bring more calm into your life, this is a really great guide to have on hand.
