Seventeen-year-old Madison (Madi) Matthews wants nothing to do with the dating competition her school is holding to raise money for charity. She's never been interested in chasing a guy before, and she certainly isn't interested in competing for one in front of the whole school.

I like it

I like the narrator I liked the characters. I didn't like how angus's accent change from one narrator to the other. But that was a small thing sweet story. spoiler, I was annoyed that Maddie would believe that Cole would sleep with Lori. I'm sure she would easily believe that Lori set the whole thing up.

the girl was quite dimwitted

I liked the story to a point, then it became absurd. the main guy Cole repeatedly made it apparent he was in love or at thre very least interested in the MC, but she spent the whole story wondering if he liked her. ba-duh. she was even told that he didn't cheat on her by several people, but she still didn't think she could trust him. my goodness what does he need to do? Also the dating game thing was so silly. what teenager (even for charity) keeps doing something they don't want to? Angus sounded more like a boardroom exec with actual 'real authority' than a teenage school president. I didn't hate the story, Just parts were annoying in theyre redundancy or not quite fitting the age of the character. I do really like the 'reader's' they do a nice job of the character voices, and were both very clear, with nice annunciation.

Utterly sweet YA romance

A little unrealistic in the scenario (having a Bachelor-style competition in a high school sounds like a legal nightmare, but that might just be the inner teacher talking.) This story is so sweet and so fun, and it's utterly delightful watching two perfect-for-each-other characters come together. Full of my favorite tropes and other sweet goodness. Well worth the read!

Sweet YA Romance

A totally sweet high school romance with a HS dating game, mean girl antics and a charming football player and the girl he’s always loved. Cute.

Wonderful Story... 100% Romantic

I'm in love with the Story, very unique plot, good narrator... very unique and funny literally I'm LOL 😂.. each Character is unique and cute. Highly recommend 💖💖💖

Enjoyed it, but two flaws

The male narrator didn't fit the role. To be kind, he sounded like a doofus, and his female voices were just ... Parodies. By contrast, the female narrator was great. And the contrast make 'Utah' even more discordant. The end got a little ridiculous, as these books sometimes do, in the oh-just-one-simple-conversation-will-clear-everything-up way. Still, liked it quite a bit.

Okay at best.

The storyline was a bit far fetched. A reality show for high school.... and the female lead being so oblivious and self conscious is so angsty and played out it was hard to stay present with the book after chapter 10.

Loved the book, Male narrator, not so much.

I loved this book but the Male narration ruined half the story. Horrible recording quality.

so the story is about a competition at a school that is similar to The Bachelor where the guy is in love with one of the contestants ... perfect for a light read, couldn't put it down :D

The narration was good, although the male narrator made everyone seems so old specially Angus, but it was such a great book :)

Great Book!

I really enjoyed this story! It was well written, with great characters, and amazing narration! I have an obsession with YA romance stories, and this one did not disappoint! highly recommend!!
