I agree opening the 3rd eye isn't about amassing as many techniques as it is about a few combined simple practices executed by tenacious, dedicated, enthusiastic daily discipline. Everyone wants a quick fix but are unwilling to put the time into it. The 3rd eye is a muscle that builds when exercised. I do agree that veganism is the most pure diet and will give you a FAR faster and quicker connection to spirit. The most famous psychic in the world, Lisa Williams, is vegan and knows this. Your body is part of your psychic functioning, psychic clairesentience travels through a pure body with clarity. The more finely tuned your body, the more connected you are to it and source. Everything moves faster with greater accuracy. That stands to reason. Also veganism isn't simply a diet, it's a heightened consciousness of the human mind & an ethical proactive progressive functional action towards the cessation of animal suffering, because naturally, with great powers comes greater responsibility. The reality of a heightened perception WHEN IT REALLY HAPPENS travels in all directions..mind..body..soul..love.. it is not a humans ego that wants super powers to feel validated. Psychic responsibility is led by compassion to all. A greater sense of purpose, a desire to help others, healthy boundaries, altruism, magnanimity, generosity in all forms, a willingness to leave the earth better for having lived in it, a beautifully open mind, to be of service to others, artistry and creativity, to give & not simply take, to be an advocate for change and a voice for the voiceless..to ameliorate ones challenging karmic lessons and tie up loose ends, to work on and improve ones spiritual, intellectual and emotional I.Q. - in other words..TO GROW OUR SOUL. I feel he should have walked you through the third eye and did a meditation with you along with the r a k and then stealing in helping in opening up the third eye basically he just told you how to do it and the book is over with personally I would not recommend it

I love that this book is straight to the point and short.Its nice to have some quick reads that you can easily get through in a day and repeat it without spending hours on the subject.One key aspect that I've also learned through experience on the 3rd eye is ask a lot of questions to yourself,high self,God,the Universe. Ask questions and let it go with the knowing and allowing that at the right time those answers will come.As your 3rd eye awakens they come quicker and quicker and eventually with you even having to concousously

I bought the audible version. It is short and straight to the point but there is very little detail. If someone read a magazine article about how to open the third eye they would probably get just as much, if not more, information and detail as they would from this very very short book.
