Absolutely fantastic

I loved this book. The author did a fantastic job of writing about the gods. The narrator is amazing. Each character had their own nuances, so you could tell them apart. An all-around fantastic experience.

Absolutely amazing!

I read this book first in ebook format and immediately loved the story and characters. But the audio book is even better as the narrator brings so much life to the words. It was like listening to the story anew!

Wow just wow!!

So well written and so well narrated. The end is just so very heartbreaking. Poor Loki, poor Sigyn, poor babies, poor Odin.

Excellent narration

I really enjoyed this book. But the narration made it absolutely enjoyable!! The story was also interesting and kept me engaged.

An Epic Tale of Mischief and Woes

I loved this story so much!!!! The narration was superb with the vast array of voices. Loki's voice is my favorite and I could feel true emotion in his words. One of my new favorite stories that I have listened to on repeat. Truly a masterpiece.

Performance is great. Story not so much

Performance is great. Story not so much. It could have been great. I didn't like the Odin and Loki relationship. It ruins what I know about the original Norse myth. The story is quite slow. I had to speed it up at 1.5x to keep listening.

Excellent author and narrator! I was skeptical, not knowing the author, but I'm thrilled I tried it. I'm grabbing the second book right after this review 😆❤❤❤

my new favorite series

a wonderful telling of norse mythology from the perspective of the one and only trickster. yhe book perfectly incapacitates his joy, his pain, his agony... and ofc his cheeky ways i say that as a witch who works with yours truly :) loki has known me my whole life but when i was 17 he finally reached out clear as day this book helped connect me even closer to my patron god as much of a bastard as he is ^^

Amazing story

The emotions that shot through me while listening to this story ranged from sadness to happiness to anger to anticipation, it was like riding a roller coaster.The narrator definitely made me feel as if I was there and witnessing everything. Amazing work! Will definitely be liking forward to the next installment.
