A wild journey

I’ve read reviews that emphasize the darkness of this book, but if you’re a fan of dark romance, this shouldn’t really come close to tipping the scale into too dark. I find this to be more…disturbing family drama.

Regardless, it was a good listen, and I’m ready to listen to something stupid and annoyingly positive 😜.

Love a good taboo story

Twisted is the word for this book. Love taboo books and this one is that and more. Get this book when you are ready to have your mind blown and can listen all the way through because believe me u want want to press pause. Can't wait to listen to Simon's story. The only way is author could top this is the villain's happily ever after.

And kudos to Tim Paige for an amazing performance. I declined listening to the content warning/spoiler at the beginning and I am glad I did! This was a fresh, if not dark, take on of "fake dating" romance and I loved it! The good/bad or in this case - sane/psycho twin theme was also thrilling. I really enjoyed this and I can tell it will live rent free in my mind for a while.

This book scares me

It’s giving sweet home Alabama. Or bitter home Georgia, more accurately. This has got to be the darkest book I’ve ever read, and I’ve read Flowers in the Attic. It’s a well written piece and makes good commentary on how to process those difficult events that many people go through but don’t talk about. Simon made me queasy, especially at the end. And I was confused until it was all spelled out towards the end. This book was a lot to stomach and I had to read it in pieces. Also, it’s a very steamy novel. Lots of spicy scenes.

Wow this is like a Mexican Novela , The drama !

Wow I was not expecting such a good story I was here for the twists and turns , and the Narrator brought all that home !

Money wasted

This story had so many twists and turns that I got motion sickness. The story really got murky and lost about 2/3 of the way in and I almost stopped listening.
