Waaaa Capital Bad
Waaaaaah Capitalism bad. Knowledge should be free. This summarizes 90% of the book.
The author spews blatantly false information constantly. He complains of the typical socialism talking points "winners and losers", "the wealthy elite", "evil companies trying to make profits", blah blah blah. He contradicts himself constantly by trying to appear nuanced.
This book reads like a whiny term paper. It lacks real substance. Even after I knew I was going to disagree with the author 90% of the time, I listened on hoping to get something out of it. There are certainly areas where IP law can be improved and this was an opportunity to capture my attention. Instead, the author mentioned well known areas of contention and then proceeded to complain about them without explaining his examples. He goes on and on about fringe examples in order to make his point that life and embellishes his language rather than providing something of value to the reader. Typical socialist droll.
Anyone who reads this book will end up dumber.
To the author... shouldn't you be offering this book for free? If IP is evil, why are you perpetuating the oppression? 😂 what a joke.. just like socialism.
