Amber Swenor is who I needed on my walks figuring out how to develop a new concepts for my company. This book is like having a new best friend, counselor, and coach right with you. There are so many great stories that transition into really helpful activities that are applicable to any space in our lives. This book is valuable who ever you are, where ever you because we all can learn to be unleashed in our whole lives.

Amber shares how she became the powerhouse woman in her life and business. Her insights to become truly authentic and setting boundaries were extremely helpful. Her narration of the book makes it more personal when sharing her wisdom. I highly recommend listening to this book!

I just devoured "Unleashed" by Amber Swenor and I must say, it's been jam packed with interesting stories and actionable insights. Amber's writing is like a breath of fresh air: honest, raw and infused with a sense of humor we all need especially when the you-know-what hits the fan. I love Amber’s approach and reverence for living into what’s possible and challenging beliefs that don’t serve us. She uses her personal stories to show the power of self trust and fierce determination. I’m so glad she recorded this, it’s a better experience when the author reads their own memoir! A Rockstar Guide for Your Own Authentic Journey

I listened to this book while driving to work and got there each day feeling ready to take on the world, on my terms. It was absolutely made to be an audiobook, as Amber is a talented motivational speaker and coach. She is honest and passionate; relatable and real. In a raw and enthusiastic way she shares the story of her journey from her small town Wisconsin roots to rockstar business coach (with stops on the pageant circuit and Africa along the way). Her metal band Morningstar, for whom Amber is lead singer, is even featured jamming out throughout the book.

This book was challenging in the very best way. As a young physician, there are so many boxes I am expected to fit into within the structure of the medical system. This book was the jolt I needed - it made me rethink the way I squeeze myself to fit into constructs of the world, where I am complacent but not fulfilled. I felt pushed to crush those limits I have put on myself to live an authentic, purposeful and courageous life. To stop shaping who I am to fit other people's expectations. To say no when things don't fit my goals. To speak up for myself and my value. Or as Amber would put it - to embrace my inner badass!

This book is so inspiring and hearing Amber tell her story, in her own voice, makes this book even better. The reminder to live authentically is always a great one. Her anecdotes and life lessons are told so open and honestly, you feel like you are listening to a girlfriend. A girlfriend friend who wants you to let your inner rockstar sing!
