Great book

Very practical step by step instructions to live a healthy happy life. Quick read. Loved it.

Good info

I like the ideas presented in this book, it’s a little outdated in verbiage but still presents great principles for health and well-being that could help person willing to implement them.

Can't go wrong

If you follow the instructions in this book I have no doubt you will live longer, healthier and happier. You just need to believe and follow the instructions. If you believe Valiant Thor is real (and not from this earth)
then hopefully your open minded enough to believe that this information came from more intelligent being.

Insightful Read

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and have immediately put into practice many of the techniques offered. For those alone I feel this was worth the listen. I would recommend this for any on the quest for better health and vitality!
