Music isn’t really that bad once you get used to it

Granted, music makes ir harder to listen at some points, but at no point does it make it impossible to make out what the characters are saying. The cast did a really good job with the performances and making each character unique. Overall I believe the pros outweigh the cons. The story is great, and in classic Sanderson fashion it really picks itself up by the end. Great standalone book and production to get started on the cosmere.

Exciting and surprising and delightful. As ever from GraphicAudio, the performances, narration, and sound were superb.

Fun and engaging

Great story with a lot great voice acting. I enjoyed how it all came together. The background effects were a bit much at points, but still entertaining.

Amazing story with a few graphic audio flaws

I love this novel. I've read it a few times and couldn't wait to hear the graphic audio. Overall I loved this, but there were a few odd moments, especially intimate moments, they were voice acted exactly like eating noises and it was hard to take seriously. The background music was overly loud and overtook the dialogue at parts, and my biggest grievance was that the best line in the book was adapted right out of the audiobook. Other than that everything was amazing.

Sanderson’s Underrated Standalone

Sanderson covers more story and humanity in this single novel than in his usual two—and those twice as long as Warbreaker. I like Sanderson, but this novel has all his genius with more humanity and a better pace than he usually achieves.

I was highly impressed with Elantris and eagerly moved on to Warbreaker, hungry for a new adventure...
And I surely found it!
Story is unique and captivating..
The way magic works in this world is unlike anything I've ever come across before in an epic fantasy.
I loved all the characters especially Lightsong ❤️
Voice acting is amazing, music is beautiful.
I didn't want this adventure to end...
But even the ending had an amazing twist and very wise closing, that left me in awe..

I love radio drama style podcasts, cosmic horror, dark adventure radio theatre. this style I really want to see continue. the VAs did a good job, the sounds effects and background music can get even better in the future. I hope this continues and improves. contact me if you want good teams or examples to draw from

A Story Worth the Wait

This story is well worth the read. On one hand, Sanderson does a great job at making you invest in the lives of the characters you follow. I will say I listened to the audiobook so my experience may have been different, but I enjoyed each of the main characters. I think the strength of this book is the prose. The color magic system lends itself to vivid description and the author does well at putting you in the world.

The area I found the most trouble with was the ending. One of the major twist was fairly easy to spot once you connect two clear points. I will say, I wish there was just a bit more hinted at for some of the other plot points before we hit the very end of the book. There are some great revelations that come out and overall, I have a hard time being mad with the end product.

This is one of those stories that will grab you and make you feel something. There was one sequence in particular that I don’t think I’ll ever be able to shake and it was so well done.

Great story with a reasonable performance

I was hesitant to buy this title as I really like Brandon Sanderson, but don't like dramatized versions of audiobooks. This is the first dramatized audiobook I've listened to which was reasonable.
