music to intence to relax
it might be a very good one but I couldn't relax with the music it was so intense that my found my jaws clenching and then it would let up for a minute I could relax a second or two but then it started the music started getting intense again I don't like this one I'd like to get rid of it

Yes curvy friends
At first, I didn't believe that at all .. this is my second weightloss hypnosis meditation..and yes, baby that worked. Mindset is fundamental in any aspect of our life.
