Not what I expected
I thought this book would have intergraded her profession of her doing past life regressions with patients as examples of past lives and how regression therapy has helped heal past lives to be a better version in this life I thought she would of given stories and examples of true life events that she experienced with her clients. It was a bit boring for me.

The Content is incredibly important. She has a soothing tone to her voice.
I felt like I needed more time to take notes. When I hear communication and then it’s verified, I get scattered brained, flustered and so excited that I recognized a sign, that I sometimes miss the message.
